We are recruiting for our Music Booster's Club.

You will find the boosters organization to be new, hard working, diligent, and innovative.

President: Oversees the Boosters’ operations and works closely with the Band/Choir Director, conducts the meets and provides oversight to all committees. The President is the “Point of Contact” for the Boosters.

Vice President: The VP assists the president, stands in when the president is unable to make a meeting or event.

Treasurer: Will maintain the checking account, pay bills from the Booster account and work with the Boosters and Band/Choir Director in keeping accounts straight, budgeting for the year and remaining within budget. Establish this process in advance of the major fund raiser for this year.

Secretary: Takes minutes of the Boosters meets, maintains and email list and shares information with all band parents. In addition, the secretary will work with the Band/Choir Director to post current information on the Band and/or Choir Website, create a “phone tree” and keep parents apprised of Band activities.

Head Chaperone: Oversees the recruitment and management of the volunteer chaperones. The Head Chaperone can be responsible for working with the Band/Choir Director to ensure all permission slips are turned in and organized for the field trips.

Newsletter Editor: Gathers information about the band and publish a regular newsletter for distribution to parents and student. The boosters will be examining further distribution and web based opportunities to share information.

Publicity Officer: Publicizes band activities and fund raisers with in the community to garner additional interest and support of the Band.

Fundraising Chairperson: Oversees the fundraising opportunities that are used for the band/choir and researches new fundraisers to help the program.

Uniforms/Equipment Chairperson: Responsible for fitting all students in uniforms, making alterations, repairs and assisting with packing/loading/unloading of uniforms at Band/Choir Competitions.
